An optimized annual planning workbook (Google Sheets) that preserves individual staff tabs and provides a consolidated, filterable master view so team workplans roll up for shared visibility. Includes a short user guide and optional recommendations for using the tool.

Clear, consolidated workplans will help Snow City Arts coordinate program delivery, reduce administrative time, and ensure staff can focus on inspiring and educating children and youth in the hospital through the arts. Volunteers will directly improve how our team organizes and shares program work.

We can share the current Google Sheet and confirm access to Asana, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office, depending on which tool is best to use. A staff point of contact will work with the volunteer to review needs, test the template, and finalize handoff. Specific timelines and access details will be provided during interviews.
