Conduct a Google Ad Grants audit and optimize the account for compliance, CTR, and conversion tracking (GA4/GTM). Develop and execute a campaign plan for two streams (shelter fundraising and Cyclone Valley awareness), provide an Elementor landing-page UI/UX and CTA audit with clear recommendations, and set up a monthly KPI reporting framework. Details will be provided.
Optimizing the Ad Grant and improving landing pages will increase donations and donor leads for Ny Trano Manga and Cyclone Valley, helping fund emergency shelter services, women’s employment and tech training, and health and nutrition programs. Volunteers will directly support women’s safety, independence, and sustainable, culturally respectful initiatives in southern Madagascar.
We manage a $10,000/month Google Ad Grant and a WordPress/Elementor site. Volunteers will be given an account and analytics context, and background on our programs. Our team will collaborate to prioritize and implement recommendations; specific access and timelines will be provided during interviews.
We are committed to a weekly sync or clear email communication to ensure the project stays on track.

Organization Mission

Innovation Respecting Culture Registered as a non-profit organization in the USA (501c3), IRC Africa initiates and raises funds for innovative projects in southern Madagascar that seek to utilize cutting-edge technology such as AI to bridge the digital divide. Our goal is to promote employment, health, and nutrition in communities across the region while strengthening the safety and independence of women through special programs. Through these, we work to prevent gender-based violence and provide multi-dimensional support to women who have experienced abuse, sexual exploitation, violence, and forced marriages for girls. Implementing these initiatives is essential, but most importantly, everything we do is achieved while respecting local traditions and ensuring sustainability.
