We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us develop a 3-month content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram/Facebook, with content pillars that balance field storytelling, donor appeals, and org updates. Includes sample post copy/caption templates, profile optimization recommendations, and an engagement/growth playbook. Specifics can be refined with the volunteer.
Consistent storytelling will strengthen donor trust and help secure sustainable funding to operate the region's women's shelter and advance the Cyclone Valley Technology Campus. Volunteers will directly support safer, economically empowered futures for women and children while respecting local traditions and sustainability.
We have a library of professional photos/videos, a clear brand mission and visual identity, and a team ready to provide raw content and regular updates. Our team will handle final posting and scheduling. We are prepared to collaborate closely with the volunteer for feedback and rapid implementation.

Organization Mission

Innovation Respecting Culture Registered as a non-profit organization in the USA (501c3), IRC Africa initiates and raises funds for innovative projects in southern Madagascar that seek to utilize cutting-edge technology such as AI to bridge the digital divide. Our goal is to promote employment, health, and nutrition in communities across the region while strengthening the safety and independence of women through special programs. Through these, we work to prevent gender-based violence and provide multi-dimensional support to women who have experienced abuse, sexual exploitation, violence, and forced marriages for girls. Implementing these initiatives is essential, but most importantly, everything we do is achieved while respecting local traditions and ensuring sustainability.
