A clear, prioritized organizational budget document the gallery can use to plan programming and operations. Specific scope, timeframe, and format will be defined with the volunteer; a spreadsheet template can be discussed as an option.

A sound budget will help BEST PRACTICE allocate resources to support artists and curators, sustain programming that stimulates discourse, and uphold dignity, diversity, and equity. Volunteers will directly strengthen the gallery’s ability to plan and present impactful exhibitions.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, respond to questions, and review draft versions so the budget can be finalized and put into use by our team.
