Work with our Salesforce Administrator to configure our Salesforce CRM, design a clear data structure, build dashboards and reports, and provide hands-on training plus basic user documentation. Specific objects, fields, and reporting needs will be discussed with volunteers during scoping.
A well-configured CRM and clear dashboards will help our team better coordinate services and track children’s holistic development across physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual programs. Volunteer support will improve program delivery and outreach to children and families we serve.
Our Salesforce Administrator and staff will collaborate with the volunteer. Details about access, timelines, sample data, and priority reports will be provided during interviews so the volunteer can deliver usable configuration, dashboards, and training that the team can adopt.
