This project will consist of: Review current email approach and audience, identify key messages, and draft and send 3–5 email campaigns tied to current initiatives and events. Create one reusable email template/structure and provide recommendations for future cadence and coordination with social content.

Stronger email communications will help The Wildflower Alliance more reliably share emotional support, resources, and opportunities for connection with parents of children with disabilities. Volunteers will directly support families' access to events and resources and strengthen the sense of belonging our community provides.

Success means our audience receives consistent, clear emails aligned with current programs and events, volunteers deliver 3–5 campaigns plus a reusable template, and the team receives actionable recommendations for sustaining the cadence.
