Develop an Impact Report

We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us create our 2025 Impact Report, which will showcase the measurable outcomes and stories of transformation achieved through our programs. We need a volunteer who can help us structure the report, draft clear and compelling narratives, and design a visually engaging document.

This will involve reviewing our existing program data, interviewing a few program beneficiaries and staff members for testimonials, and presenting financial information in a reader-friendly format. Our goal is to have a polished, mission-aligned report that effectively communicates our impact to donors, partners, and the community. We are looking for a volunteer who can guide the planning process, help set a timeline, identify any additional data or stories needed, and ensure the final document is cohesive and professional.

By volunteering to help HEART create our 2025 Impact Report, you will play a direct role in empowering our organization to inspire greater support and expand our reach. Your work will help us clearly showcase the life-changing impact of our partners—stories of families finding medical care, children gaining an education, and communities growing stronger in their faith.

This report will not only recognize the progress we have made but also build trust with our donors, attract new supporters, and motivate our team. With your help, we can effectively demonstrate our mission in action and secure the resources we need to continue making a difference. We are prepared to make this impact report project a success and have already compiled some program data and success metrics from the past year. You will work directly with the Executive Director, who has identified key stakeholders who are eager to share their stories, making it easier for you to gather powerful testimonials.

Once the impact report is complete, it will be shared with our donors, partners, and community members through our website, social media channels, and email newsletter. We are committed to being responsive, providing clear feedback, and making this a collaborative and fulfilling experience for you.
