We are looking for a social media marketing volunteer to help us create a social strategy oriented around responsiveness to our core stakeholders, increased engagement, and follower growth.

Activities of this project will include:
-Audit of current Instagram and Facebook performance
-Development of audience personas,
-Outlining content pillars and messaging framework
-Sharing recommended posting cadence and engagement tactics
-Creating a KPI/measurement plan

All culminating in a comprehensive social media strategy document.

A stronger social media strategy will increase awareness, attract volunteers and donors, and amplify stories that support NICST’s mission to create life-saving partnerships that inspire, transform, and empower communities.

Our team will collaborate with the volunteer, share account access and performance data, provide brand inputs, and meet regularly to review drafts so the final strategy can be implemented into our outreach.
