We seek an expert to create a social media strategy and roadmap to help us understand the role of social media in an overall visibility strategy. Our primary goal is to increase awareness of/ name recognition for ALCW among adults in our service areas of DuPage and Western Cook Counties. We currently use LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. The deliverables would include: A strategy plan that would include KPIs; a roadmap that would define best practices for content development; and recommendations for outreach tactics (e.g. local group engagement, hashtag strategy or organic growth tactics).

ALCW is a volunteer-led and run nonprofit. With the support of this Taproot volunteer, we hope to expand our visibility in our community through social media. We believe that increased awareness will encourage donations and volunteer interest so that we can deliver programs that support education and self-reliance among people in our community.

Our team will collaborate with the volunteer, review drafts, provide timely feedback, and commit to implementing agreed-upon recommendations to support our goal of expanded visibility. Any necessary details will be provided to the Taproot volunteer at kick off.
