A polished board recruitment kit with a one-page board role description (responsibilities, time commitment, giving expectations), a compelling two-page "Why serve with us" narrative, a 10–15 item ideal candidate criteria list, and an outreach email template for current board members.

This kit will help Stop Now Foundation recruit committed board members to strengthen governance, expand outreach, and support awareness campaigns and survivor services. Volunteers’ work will directly increase the organization's capacity to fight human trafficking, modern slavery, racism, and abuse.

Volunteers will collaborate with staff, receive timely feedback, and refine language together. The board intends to use the final kit for outreach and recruitment to identify and engage potential members.
