Evaluate Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang Volunteer for volunteer information tracking, data capture, reporting, scheduling, and communications. Provide a clear pros/cons comparison and an assessment of staff and volunteer workload for each option. Optional brief instruction manual as well. D

This evaluation will help Reach choose a platform that improves volunteer tracking, scheduling, and reporting, with the best use of staff and volunteer time. Stronger systems will support our mission to empower those who are underserved in Montgomery County by addressing their essential needs to enhance the overall well-being of our community.

The organization will collaborate with the volunteer to define evaluation criteria, share context about current volunteer workflows, and schedule review sessions. The volunteer will deliver draft and final recommendations for staff review and implementation.
