We'd like to partner with a skilled volunteer who can help us with creating a concise communications plan to promote Hey, Blue!'s participation in the P4P basketball tournament, recruit mobile-platform beta testers, and drive attendance to the pre-event dinner. Includes core messaging, channel, and timing recommendations, and sample social and email copy.

Volunteers will help Hey, Blue! strengthen police-community connections by maximizing turnout and participation at the tournament and dinner and by increasing meaningful beta testing of the mobile platform. Their work will amplify opportunities for in-person connections and support proactive, resourceful policing.

Hey, Blue! will meet with volunteers to share event context, target audiences, and any available brand assets, give timely feedback on drafts, and commit to implementing agreed recommendations so the plan can be executed quickly around the event.
