We'd like to work with a skilled volunteer who can help us develop a concise evaluation checklist plus a short list of CRMs that offer AI capabilities, and a brief review of your current IT/software evaluation approach. Specific platforms, selection criteria, and next steps will be defined with volunteers during project interviews.

A clear CRM checklist and AI-capable shortlist will help the organization better manage mentor and student relationships, streamline communications, and scale programs that prepare collegiate men for careers, entrepreneurship, and community activism. Volunteers will directly support improved access to resources, training, and mentors.

As a working board we've identified the need to improve tools. Volunteers will collaborate with board members to review current context, agree selection criteria, and produce a usable checklist the board can apply when choosing and adopting a CRM.
