As a growing nonprofit, we are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us develop a forward-looking organizational chart that reflects both our current structure and our projected growth over the next 3–5 years.

We are looking for support in mapping out:

Our current team structure (primarily contractor-based with limited capacity)
A future-state organizational chart aligned with our strategic goals and program growth
Key roles and functions needed to scale our impact (programming, operations, fundraising, marketing, etc.)
Opportunities to strategically integrate volunteer and contractor roles alongside paid staff
Clear reporting structures and lines of accountability
Dementia Care Warriors exists to ensure that dementia family caregivers don’t have to navigate caregiving alone. As demand for our programs continues to grow, so does the need for a stronger, more intentional internal structure to support that work.
This project will help us build the foundation for sustainable growth.

Right now, much of our work is powered by a small, passionate team wearing multiple hats. With your help, we can clearly map out what it will take to grow—identifying the right roles, structure, and support systems needed to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Your work will help us:
Plan for the right hires at the right time
Create clarity in how our team operates and grows
Build a structure that supports both staff and volunteers effectively

Ultimately, this means we can serve more caregivers with greater consistency, care, and intention.

As more families face the realities of conditions like Alzheimer's disease, your contribution will help ensure we are not just growing—but growing in a way that allows us to show up fully for the people who rely on us every day.

This is a roadmap for expanding care, support, and community for caregivers who need it most.
To support the volunteer in this project, we will provide access to our organizational documents, including our current organizational chart and job descriptions. We will also schedule regular check-ins with the volunteer to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support throughout the effort. When the organization chart is completed, it will be introduced to staff and volunteers through written communications and an all-staff meeting.
