We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer to help us create a targeted advertising and outreach strategy to recruit children for two summer programs (robotics and coding) at Felician University and Caldwell University. Includes recommended channels, neighborhood targeting for higher‑income NJ towns, sample messaging/ads, and partner outreach ideas.

This project will expand access to STEAM enrichment by helping recruit more students into robotics and coding tracks, inspiring curiosity and building skills. Volunteers’ work will help us reach new communities beyond Paterson so more youth can gain confidence, creativity, and academic success through our summer programs.

We will share program descriptions, campus locations, target ages, and our current recruitment experience in Paterson. A designated staff contact will be available for regular check‑ins and to provide existing materials and local context. Additional details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
