Work with our team to develop a social media strategy to increase visibility. Review our existing social media calendar, define measurable KPIs, propose content themes and posting recommendations, and produce a short tactical plan staff can follow. Details will be provided during interviews.
Greater social media visibility will help Fenix reach more Spanish-speaking immigrant patients with information about accessible, culturally sensitive care, clinic hours, and health education. Volunteers will directly support outreach, trust-building, and connecting community members to vital medical and mental health resources.
We have an existing social media calendar ready to share and will provide context about our community and goals; details will be provided. Our team will meet regularly with the volunteer, collaborate on recommendations, and commit to implementing the agreed strategy and metrics.

Organization Mission

Dr. Louise Berner started Fenix to meet unanswered needs: high-quality care for the largely-underserved immigrant community of Lake County, Illinois. Our patients need flexible hours, 24-hour emergency availability, follow-up with someone they know and education about ongoing treatment. Without compromising quality, the entire Fenix staff delivers comprehensive, culturally-sensitive healthcare in fluent Spanish. Our clinic provides all of this at a cost that is 75% below other providers in the area. MISSION: Compassionate care with frontline medicine We are committed to meeting the unique needs of our patients with the special attention required by the challenges they face. We treat everyone with compassion, cultural understanding, and respect for their daily struggles. We care for the entire individual, with excellent medical care, accessible wellness education, and mental health resources.
