Grant Proposal Review

Our nonprofit is searching for a few grant writers or talented copywriters to assist in reviewing a grant proposals, strategic guidance, and/or making providing updates to any fundraising proposals already drafted. We are needing 5 volunteers. Each volunteer would focus on one fundraising effort to make the tasks manageable as we truly appreciate the committed time that each volunteer provides to support our efforts and cause.

- Gift Shop
-Community Donations
-Seasonal Gifting (Project Based fundraising)
-Lasting Legacy Gifting Program
-Employee Match Program
-Endowments
-International Grants
-In-Kind Donations

We already have 2 volunteers assisting with our:
-Corporate Sponsorship
-Grants (Federal/Local)

To implement this grant writing project, we'll need at least two meetings with a volunteer. In our first meeting, we will provide you with a copy and review the application draft with you. We'll align on expectations and agree on the project timeline. Next, you'll review our document using the track changes function checking for inconsistencies and continuity errors, and creates a list of recommended changes to share with us. The project will conclude after up to two rounds of edits which the volunteer will make the agreed-upon changes to the document.

Out of scope activities:
-Submission of any grant proposals
-Development of a brand new proposal
-Provide guidance & strategic insights on fundraising strategics, implementation, key millstones and any other funding requirements that we may be able to achieve and/or be eligible for.

Through this project, Volunteers will be making a lasting difference in joining us in bridging the gap for babies born with cleft conditions and also provide medical treatment access through their pretreatment and post treatment journey. We strongly believe that every child deserves to thrive in life.

We have a dedicated team member for the project who will provide you with the document that needs to be reviewed in an easily shareable format. (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.) We'll also send you the proposal for review.
