A hands-on review and cleanup of your QuickBooks Online records for FY2024–2026, including posting required adjusting journal entries, reconciling carryover balances, validating expense records for years with nil income, and delivering supporting schedules, templates, and brief how-to notes. Access details will be provided during interviews.

Accurate, audit-ready books will strengthen compliance and financial transparency for your FQHC operations in Greater Chicago. This work will help secure regulatory readiness and support continued delivery and expansion of sliding-scale primary care and planned services, so volunteers directly enable better care for underserved patients.

We will assess your current QBO files, work directly in the system to make agreed corrections, and deliver clear supporting schedules and templates. Your team will provide record access, respond promptly to requests, and implement recommendations. Specifics and timeframes will be agreed during volunteer interviews.
