TikTok Launch Strategy and Growth Roadmap Development

We'd like to connect with a volunteer who can help us build a TikTok Launch & Growth Kit to transform our creative archive into a high-impact presence for bullying prevention. Our goal is to move from having a library of assets to a clear, executable plan that our team can manage long-term.

The volunteer will:
- Audit our existing media library (video, audio, and photo assets) to identify high-potential content for TikTok.
- Develop a Social Media Strategy tailored to our mission of building empathy through the arts.
- Provide a 'TikTok Playbook' including hashtag strategies, tips for sound selection, and engagement best practices.
- Create a 4-week content calendar and 5-10 'template' posts to serve as a roadmap for our staff.

This will extend the Bully No More! musical and resources to students, educators, and parents, spark conversations about bullying, and build empathy through short-form arts content. Volunteer expertise will directly boost visibility for our prevention work and support safer, more inclusive school communities.

We already have high-quality video, audio, and photo assets to work with. Details such as account access, approval workflows, and a primary point of contact will be provided during onboarding. The Project Director is ready to collaborate, give timely feedback, and use the final roadmap to continue momentum after the project.
