We are seeking a skilled volunteer to audit and optimize our admissions and enrollment funnel. Currently, our process for following up with prospective families after school tours is informal, and we want to ensure no family drops out due to a lack of communication.

The volunteer will collaborate with Tia LeBrun Head of School to:
1. Map the current 'tour-to-enrollment' workflow to identify where prospective parents disengage.
2. Develop a prioritized set of recommendations to improve follow-up consistency and enrollment communications.
3. Create a suite of 3-5 reusable communication templates (emails/scripts) for key touchpoints.
4. Recommend scalable processes or tools (appropriate for a small school) to automate or track these interactions.
Improving admissions follow-up and retention will strengthen enrollment stability and long-term sustainability, enabling SGI to continue delivering trilingual immersion that empowers young minds through language and culture and supports confident, curious global citizens.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. SGI will collaborate with the volunteer, make staff available for interviews, and share existing materials as available to support mapping, testing, and implementation. We welcome iterative feedback and will work to adopt agreed recommendations.
