We are relatively new to social media with a small following, and we need an expert to help us by:

1. Developing a written follower-acquisition and engagement strategy specifically tailored to reach the education and theater communities.
2. Providing 2-3 coaching sessions for our Project Director on Meta Business Suite management, content best practices, and community engagement tactics.
3. Establishing a basic 'social media playbook' (e.g., posting frequency, hashtag strategy, and brand voice guidelines) that our team can maintain long-term.

The Bully No More Foundation Ltd is seeking a skilled social media volunteer to help us take our vital mission national. We promote Bully No More! a highly impactful, worthwhile musical designed for elementary and middle school students to perform, as well as for older students and community theaters to present as family entertainment.

Expanding our Meta presence will help the Bully No More Foundation Ltd connect with more educators, schools, and families so the Bully No More! musical and resources can spark conversations, build empathy, and create safer, more inclusive classrooms. Training sthe project director builds lasting capacity to sustain outreach.

Our new Facebook and Instagram pages exist, and the Project Director will participate in understanding how to navigate both sites and how to spread the word and increase followers.
