Power BI Dashboard Setup

Well-structured Power BI dashboards will strengthen information access, help align social systems by surfacing cross-system data, and generate actionable insights into service needs and gaps—directly supporting MdInfoNet's mission to improve information-driven decision-making.

The Technology Manager will coordinate the project and schedule an initial scoping meeting to define metrics and next steps. Details about data access, timelines, and stakeholder priorities will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will review drafts and iterate toward a usable dashboard.
