Apricot CRM Optimization and Reporting Workflow Design

Project
Remote
Supportive Childcare Provider Association
Apply Now
* 2 people have applied to this opportunity
An improved Apricot structure and streamlined data workflows plus a consolidated reporting approach. Volunteer will review current forms, workflows, and spreadsheets; recommend and document a restructured Apricot schema; and design/report dashboard templates or reports. Specifics will be discussed with staff.
Optimizing CRM and reporting will reduce administrative burden and improve report accuracy across programs and grants, freeing staff to better support minority-owned childcare providers and families. Better data will strengthen advocacy, resource allocation, and outcomes for children’s well-being.
Details will be provided during interviews. Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer, share current forms/workflows/reports, assign a staff liaison for regular check-ins, and prioritize implementing agreed recommendations so outcomes are adopted into daily operations.

Organization Mission

The Supportive Childcare Provider Alliance (SCPA), originally known as the Somali Childcare Provider Alliance, was founded in 2019. It builds on a strong history of advocacy and community engagement that spans over 15 years, initiated by a dedicated group of childcare providers who established the organization. Our primary objective is to facilitate access to resources for both childcare centers and family home providers, ensuring the delivery of quality educational and culturally sensitive services. We are dedicated to nurturing environments where children can excel academically, emotionally, and socially.
