We'd like to work with a volunteer who can help us design a practical program framework adapted from Walk With A Doc and a prioritized list of candidate walking sites in Hanover County, VA. Deliverables include site-evaluation criteria and an outreach approach for recruiting site partners and nurse leaders.

This project will help the organization educate the community through nurse-led walking demonstrations and instruction, giving residents practical lifestyle strategies to prevent, treat, and reverse common chronic conditions. Volunteers will help expand access to regular, local health education events in Hanover County.

Volunteers will collaborate with our team to gather site information and refine the plan; we will provide timely feedback and confirm next steps so recommendations can be implemented.
