Create a Revenue Diversification Plan and Prospect List

We are looking for a volunteer to create a prioritized development plan and a researched prospect list to help us diversify our revenue streams beyond local government funding. The plan will include a researched list of prospective private-sector funders with suggested contact names/roles and recommended next steps.

Diversifying revenue will reduce dependence on local government funding and enable stable, expanded Media Arts and Entrepreneurship programming for youth and young adults. Volunteer support will help secure resources that directly sustain and grow services that empower participants.

We will work collaboratively with the volunteer to share our current funding context, agree a meeting cadence, and provide access to key staff so recommendations can be implemented; specific materials and expectations will be confirmed during interviews.
