We're preparing to establish an online shop as an earned revenue model to support our fiscally sponsored nonprofit project, and as an extension of the mission itself. We welcome the advice of a knowledgeable strategist fluent in business development for nonprofit and hybrid organizations.

The volunteer will produce a report detailing ways to operate a retail arm as a fiscally sponsored nonprofit project. This will involve completing a report that details:
1. A comparison of operating models for fiscally sponsored projects of nonprofits operating retail arms (e.g., hybrid LLC/nonprofits; an earned revenue stream under the fiscally sponsored nonprofit project; the fiscally sponsored project owns an LLC, etc.)
2. Requirements to keep in mind when operating a shop as a nonprofit (e.g., pointing to any requirements noted by our fiscal sponsor regarding earned revenue streams)
3. Options for running the shop online (what back-end and front-end platforms are available for us to review as models for running a shop)
4. Key suggestions to prepare to develop this part of our revenue stream
This is key to ensuring our organization's success in the near and long-term.
I'll provide documentation that may be necessary to complete this project, and we'll set up an introductory call and check-ins to continue progress.

CH uses a broad suite of cultural tools to meet people where they are, designing programming that is audience-tailored and culture-first, recognizing this as the carrier oil for engaging with more complex topics. Show-not-tell: Because seeing is believing, we design programs that show, not tell. All of our programs are seared with a blueprint, grounding solutions on the experiential plane, allowing our audience to feel solutions that are so actionable, they can taste them.
