Website Messaging & Content Strategy Audit

By the end of the project, we would like the consultant to develop a practical website messaging and content recommendations document that includes:

*An audit of the clarity and consistency of our current website messaging.

*Recommendations for an overall website narrative and messaging hierarchy, including how we describe our mission, programs, audiences, approach, and impact.

*Page-by-page content recommendations for priority pages such as Home, About, Programs, Impact, and Support Us.

*Drafted or revised copy for selected high-priority sections.

*Identification of any major navigation or calls-to-action issues that affect how clearly the content is communicated.

Success would mean that Peacemakers’ Alliance has a clear, usable roadmap for strengthening our website content rather than having to determine messaging page by page as updates are made.

With this project completed, Peacemakers’ Alliance will have a clearer and more consistent way to communicate our work online. Visitors should be able to quickly understand who we serve, what we offer, why our approach matters, and how they can engage with or support the organization.

The recommendations and updated messaging will also give our team a strong foundation for future website implementation, whether updates are made to the current site or through a later redesign. Ultimately, clearer public-facing communication will strengthen our ability to build partnerships, attract resources, and connect people with programming that supports literacy, social-emotional learning, nonviolent conflict resolution, leadership development, and successful reentry.

Organization Mission

Peacemakers’ Alliance exists to increase the human agency, literacy, and nonviolent conflict resolution skills of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated persons. Our experiential learning opportunities are designed to instill hope and healing in the lives of those we serve. United for peace and justice for all, we seek to build community, inspire growth, and empower others to step into life during and after incarceration as agents for peaceful change.
