A focused one-month outreach and registration plan to increase enrollments for the youth (ages 6–17) summer camp targeting 20–30 campers. The volunteer will co-create prioritized tactics, a weekly timeline, sample messaging, and simple metrics. Specifics will be defined during interviews.

This plan will help HOUSE OF DJELI increase youth participation in programs that celebrate, promote, and preserve Pan‑African arts and cultures. Enrolling 20–30 campers will expand cultural education, strengthen community ties, and support intergenerational knowledge transfer.

Details will be provided. Our team will meet regularly with the volunteer, share relevant context, and collaborate to refine and implement the plan. Leadership supports running the camp and will use the volunteer's recommendations to guide outreach and registration.
