Develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement roadmap and communication toolkit outline to help expand the reach of the 'Everyday Conversations on Race' podcast.

'Everyday Conversations on Race' has produced over 160 episodes focused on eliminating fear of differences and spreading love through honest dialogue. To reach the next level of impact, we need a strategic framework to better understand and engage our listeners and partners.

As a volunteer, you will help us create:
• A stakeholder map/matrix identifying key influencers and partners.
• Audience profiles detailing needs, motivations, and preferred communication channels.
• Tailored engagement strategy recommendations for each stakeholder group.
• An analysis identifying current messaging gaps.
• A structured outline for a communication toolkit.

Experience with podcasting or digital media is a plus. Before applying, please visit raceconvo.com and listen to at least one episode. Familiarity with the content and tone is essential to doing this work well.
Everyday Conversations on Race exists to eliminate fear of differences, stop hate, and spread love — one conversation at a time. For five years, the show has created a space where people can have honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations about race in a comfortable, human way. This roadmap will help ensure the show keeps growing and gets heard by the people who need it most.

"English fluency required. Location is not — this project is fully remote.
To prepare for this project, we've: I have 160+ existing episodes, five years of content, and a clear sense of my audience and goals. I can provide full access to current workflow, platforms, and materials so the volunteer isn't starting from scratch. I'm available for weekly check-ins and committed to being a responsive partner.

Organization Mission

Our mission is to disrupt the way race is talked about, break racial silos, and eliminate fear of differences. We want to "bring race to the people," by having cross-race conversations where people share personal stories and solutions, and find surprising connections. We show that conversations about race are possible, urgent, and essential for our survival.
