We are looking for a project management expert to help us build a comprehensive project implementation roadmap and tracking system to guide four Georgia Tech interns in developing our digital platform, Klubs4Kids Connect.

The goal of this project is to produce a discrete Project Management Toolkit, which includes:
• A detailed project roadmap with key technical milestones and deadlines.
• A configured project board (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) adapted for our specific technical requirements.
• A communication and reporting template for weekly intern check-ins.
• A brief training session for our leadership on how to maintain the board and track progress once the toolkit is delivered.

This is an ideal project for a corporate professional with PMP experience, a retired technology manager, or anyone with strong project coordination skills who wants to make a meaningful impact on a youth-serving nonprofit.
With this framework in place, our team will be equipped to manage the implementation phase effectively, allowing us to eventually scale our impact from 100 to over 500 children annually.
I have vetted all of the team members and now I will bring all of them together next week for a zoom meeting to discuss their roles and responsibilities. I have already created a Project Kickoff & Role Assignment Document and an Onboarding doc for each of them detailing all of their assignments and areas of work.
