Develop a practical LinkedIn posting training for staff that includes guidance for executives and thought leaders on aligning personal content with organizational messaging. Optionally, provide 3-5 one-on-one coaching sessions for key staff to develop their online presence and voice. Organization messaging framework and current LinkedIn posts will be provided; specifics can be discussed with the volunteer.

Stronger staff and leader LinkedIn presence will help amplify our work, build long-term partnerships with students, families, schools, and community, and increase awareness and resources for out-of-school learning experiences that inspire the joy of learning and advance educational equity.

We will provide the organization's messaging framework and current LinkedIn posts for context. We will work with the volunteer to finalize the training scope, confirm coaching participants and schedule sessions so the volunteer's time is used effectively. Target completion is early fall 2026.
