A set of wireframes plus visual web design mockups that establish a calming visual style, a clear navigation structure, and ADA accessibility considerations baked into the design. Mockups should include brief annotations explaining key accessibility and navigation decisions. Specific pages and content will be provided during volunteer interviews.
A calming, accessible site will help disabled women survivors find shelter, resources, and support more easily. By prioritizing clear navigation and ADA considerations, volunteers will reduce barriers to access, support trauma-informed engagement, and directly advance our goal of safe, dignified, accessible housing.
We will assign a staff point person to collaborate with the volunteer, schedule regular check-ins for feedback, and share available brand materials and content. Details about priority pages, stakeholders, and timelines will be provided during the project kickoff to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

Organization Mission

Our mission is to provide safe, accessible, and trauma-informed housing for disabled women who are survivors of domestic violence. We believe that every woman deserves a place where she can heal, be seen, and be supported — regardless of physical ability. Through advocacy, shelter, and support services, we are building a future where no woman has to choose between safety and accessibility. We exist to break cycles, restore dignity, and create lasting change.
