CRM setup and data import

At the end of this Project, the skilled volunteer and I will have created a Go High Level CRM “foundation” for Scattering Resources (on the $97 plan), including:
- A finalized contact structure (fields/tags) to manage donors, volunteers, program participants, and clients
- Up to 2 pipelines (e.g., Program Intake/Services + Donor/Volunteer Engagement) with defined stages
- Up to 2 core workflows/automations (e.g., new inquiry/intake follow-up + donor/volunteer follow-up)
- Up to 10–15 views/reports for basic tracking and analysis
- A short admin guide + handoff documentation (how the system is set up, what fields mean, how to run key reports)
- A basic training session for our team on using the CRM and generating reports

Cleaner CRM data, useful reports, and short staff training will help the organization track contacts and program participation more effectively, enabling better outreach and program delivery to people lacking basic necessities in the U.S. and Haiti. Volunteer support will increase staff capacity to serve clients with dignity.

This Project will help us improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, increase engagement, and better support the individuals and families we serve across all six programs.

We already have Go High Level and our organization website, and we can provide our current database/export for migration planning.

We will work closely with the volunteer to test imports, iterate on report designs, and accept final deliverables for handoff and implementation by staff.
