Develop a stakeholder map, prioritized contact list, outreach strategy, simple follow-up workflows, and a relationship-tracking template. Deliver editable documents and brief guidance for staff. Specific contact details and messaging priorities will be provided during volunteer interviews.
This strategy will help H3 Heroes strengthen relationships with PX Buyers, military families, veterans, churches, sponsors, donors, government leaders, and community partners so the organization can expand behavioral health, suicide prevention, homelessness support, and global relief programs. Volunteers will directly increase coordination, referrals, and resourcing for heroes and their families.
We have identified stakeholder groups and will provide context and any existing materials; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Staff will join regular check-ins to collaborate and will implement the recommended outreach and tracking tools.
