Seeking an accountant to help reconcile our books for Jan 2025 thru current and update Financial reports. Our current funding is specific to projects, respite care grants, or events. We have limited funds that cover operation expenses such as accounting.

Accurate and up to date books will allow our organization to complete tax filings, apply for grants and meet city and state requirements.

We currently use QB as our accounting/payment/bookkeeping platform. We will work with the volunteers to reconcile expenses and payments as well as set up an automated process for aligning funds with specific projects for reporting and long term planning for growth with guidance from the volunteers.
