We are looking for a volunteer to design and conduct a series of stakeholder interviews and produce a concise findings summary report to inform the discovery phase of our upcoming strategic plan.

Your work will help our team understand the priorities of our board members, staff, and key constituents as we look to expand educational opportunities and enhance the guest experience at Woodward Park. You will lead the design of the interview questions, conduct the sessions, and synthesize the feedback into a themes-based report that our leadership will use to build our long-term roadmap.

We are ready to support you by providing background materials, identifying the interviewees, and handling the scheduling logistics so you can focus on gathering high-quality insights. Our goal is to ensure our future growth is deeply rooted in the needs of our community and our mission as a horticultural headquarters
