Work with our technology consultant and leadership to inventory Google Drive content, design a SharePoint/OneDrive information architecture and permissions model, back up source data, migrate files while preserving folder structure, version history and metadata, and deliver team training and simple user guides.

Centralizing files in SharePoint will improve efficiency and security so our team can better support women in knowing their breast density and accessing appropriate screening. Volunteers will help streamline operations, protect sensitive records, and enable faster outreach that advances our mission to EMPOWER WOMEN.

We have organizational buy-in and a technology consultant and leadership who hold admin credentials and will partner through execution. Our small team (roughly ten people) is ready to adopt the new environment. Access, timelines, and specifics will be provided during project setup and interviews.
