Executive Coaching: Operations Roadmap & Retention Strategy Planning

We are looking for a leadership coach to help us develop a 90-day operational roadmap and a comprehensive 're-onboarding' strategy to improve staff retention.

Our mission depends on providing our employees with the strong leadership and cultural support they deserve. As we navigate a period of operational shift, we need an experienced partner to help us audit current job descriptions, prioritize long-range goals, and design a plan to re-engage our team in our mission and culture.

The volunteer will collaborate with our leadership to deliver:
• A 90-day priority roadmap for our operations role to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• A 're-onboarding' framework or strategy document to re-align existing staff with our evolving culture and expectations.
• A recommendations memo for long-term retention and leadership practices.

By furthering our mission through supporting our employees with the strength in leadership they deserve.

I will have a clearly defined, and clearly tracked agenda and action items each meeting.
