About the Opportunity

We'd like to connect with a pro bono consultant who can help us create a practical marketing strategy and rollout plan for your rebrand and strategic plan, including key messaging recommendations, prioritized channels, a sample campaign timeline and content-calendar framework, and stakeholder engagement tactics. The volunteer will collaborate with your volunteer designer.

Stronger marketing and a thoughtful rollout will help accelerate the pace of science on SCN8A by increasing awareness, excitement, and engagement among families, researchers, clinicians, donors, and partners—supporting collaboration and better outcomes for those living with SCN8A and their families.

You are mid-process on a rebrand and strategic plan and have a volunteer graphic designer. You have the logo and rebrand complete and ready, and are finalizing strategic plan elements with a goal of releasing in early September. You will provide the strategic plan and current brand assets, be available for regular check-ins, and collaborate with the volunteer to translate recommendations into implementable actions.

Motivated by and with families at the center of all we do, we work collaboratively with researchers, clinicians, pharmaceutical companies, and beyond to improve treatments for and the quality of life of those living with SCN8A, other rare epilepsies, and their families.
