Social Media Volunteer Support for Cat Photo & Video Posting
Develop a 3‑month high‑level social media strategy aligned with our rescue, adoption, and fundraising goals
Build a content calendar framework we can reuse each quarter
Create reusable Canva templates for cat photos, medical updates, adoption spotlights, and fundraising posts
Document a brand voice guide for captions and storytelling
Set up and optimize our Hootsuite workflow, including queues, scheduling structure, and recommended automations
Provide a short training session so our team can confidently manage the system after the project ends
This project has a clear endpoint: a complete, ready‑to‑use social media “engine” that our team can operate independently once the volunteer’s work is complete.
helping us increase visibility for the cats we rescue, especially those who are injured, sick, or in urgent need of medical care. A stronger social media strategy and content system will allow us to share their stories more consistently, reach more adopters, and generate the community support required to fund lifesaving veterinary treatment.
By creating templates, a content calendar, a brand voice guide, and an efficient Hootsuite workflow, the volunteer will give us long‑term tools that make our outreach sustainable. This project directly strengthens our ability to advocate for vulnerable cats, mobilize donors, and connect rescued animals with safe homes.
The volunteer’s work will have a lasting impact on how many cats we can save, treat, and place in loving families.
We also have brand colors, fonts, and visual preferences documented, along with examples of posts that perform well. Our team is ready to provide timely feedback, share access to Canva and Hootsuite, and implement the volunteer’s recommendations immediately.
Once the project is complete, we will use the strategy, templates, and workflow created by the volunteer as our ongoing system for consistent posting and storytelling. This ensures the work has long‑term impact and becomes part of our daily operations.
