Build a workflow that ingests customer survey responses and uses Claude to continually follow up and manage existing customers from Salesforce customer database to determine if they are still valid. Provide a field-mapping document, basic config notes, and handoff documentation. Specific data fields and triggers will be discussed with volunteers.

Automating survey data into Salesforce will help All Care Plus track training and service participants, follow up on safety needs, and measure outreach effectiveness. This integration will enable timelier first aid/CPR outreach and better-targeted health seminars, directly supporting our mission to promote self-care and community safety.

We will work closely with the volunteer to define the key fields, provide sample survey exports, and clarify desired Salesforce objects and triggers. The volunteer will deliver configuration, test runs, and handoff instructions so our team can operate and maintain the workflow.
