Grant and fundraising opportunities research

Securing grants and donors will help the organization continue its mission to develop, resilient and confident hockey players of color by reaffirming their identity through providing support and a network of peers. Grants will be used to fund programs, support services, and building peer networks that reaffirm identity. Volunteers’ work will directly support sustaining and expanding these identity-centered hockey opportunities.

Details about needed materials, contacts, and priority areas will be provided during interviews so volunteers can hit the ground running. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to refine applications, tailor outreach, and hand off submissions and follow-up plans to the team.
