Free Brands helps survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence build businesses and lasting economic freedom, and staying connected to our community and supporters is central to that work. We have HubSpot Marketing, and we will be honest, we have barely scratched the surface of what it can do. We set up some basic properties and segments months ago, but we have not built it out to truly serve our different audiences, and we know we are leaving a lot of value on the table.

We are looking for a volunteer who knows HubSpot well to help us set it up properly and reach our distinct audiences, including survivor entrepreneurs, donors, corporate sponsors, and volunteers. A core part of this is building automated workflows so that when someone joins, whether a new member, donor, or sponsor, they move into the right email sequence automatically. The deliverable would be a working setup in our HubSpot, including audience segmentation and automated email workflows, along with the guidance we need to maintain and expand it ourselves over time.
The stronger our systems, the more time and energy we can put toward the people we serve. When our CRM is set up well, the right message reaches the right person at the right moment, whether that is a survivor entrepreneur joining a program, a donor deciding to give again, or a sponsor we want to keep close. For a solo founder, the automated workflows you help build save hours every week and keep our community feeling genuinely seen rather than lost in a list, freeing us to focus on the programs that put real dollars into survivor-led economies.
We are ready to move quickly. As the founder, I manage our systems directly and will make myself readily available, which keeps feedback fast and consistent. We will share full access to our HubSpot account and an honest picture of what we have set up so far, along with the audiences and the kinds of communications we want to support. We know this tool has far more to offer than we are using today, and we are looking for a volunteer who can help us build something we can run and grow.
