Sponsorship Outreach Toolkit

This toolkit will help Elmjack secure local sponsorships that support a safe, inclusive, supervised environment for youth athletes. Increased sponsorship revenue will enable the board to sustain programming that emphasizes character, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, letting volunteers focus on delivering quality opportunities for players.

Elmjack's all-volunteer board will be the primary users and implementers of the toolkit. Details about program specifics, contacts, and branding will be provided during volunteer interviews so materials can be tailored. Board members will collaborate with the volunteer on drafts and provide timely feedback for finalization.

Founded in 1953 and proudly rooted in Queens, Elmjack Little League is a community driven youth baseball program open to both boys and girls. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supervised environment where young athletes can learn and grow through competitive play.
