Community Partnerships Strategist

We're seeking a Community Partnerships Strategist for a 6-8 week remote volunteer engagement to help strengthen and expand ImpactKits' community partnership program. Working alongside our leadership team, the volunteer will develop a partnership outreach strategy, identify prospective community partners, refine outreach materials, and support the cultivation of relationships with businesses, schools, faith communities, and nonprofit organizations.

The engagement will conclude with a practical partnership strategy, an organized prospect pipeline, improved outreach resources, and recommendations that will help guide future partnership growth.

Community partnerships are essential to expanding access to donation collection sites and increasing local engagement. By helping build a stronger partnership strategy and outreach process, the volunteer will contribute to a sustainable foundation that enables ImpactKits to reach more donors, recruit more supporters, and provide more essential care kits to individuals and families throughout Orange County.

The volunteer will be supported by a collaborative leadership team committed to making this engagement successful. ImpactKits has an established website, organizational resources, outreach materials, and a growing library of internal documentation that will be provided at the start of the project.

Regular check-ins, timely feedback, and direct access to leadership will ensure the volunteer has the resources, information, and support needed to complete the project successfully.

The ImpactKits Project is a youth-led nonprofit initiative that mobilizes students, businesses, schools, faith communities, and local organizations to collect essential supplies, assemble care kits, and support individuals and families experiencing hardship throughout Orange County.
