Community Partnerships Strategist

Community partnerships are essential to expanding access to donation collection sites and increasing local engagement. By helping build a stronger partnership strategy and outreach process, the volunteer will contribute to a sustainable foundation that enables ImpactKits to reach more donors, recruit more supporters, and provide more essential care kits to individuals and families throughout Orange County.

The volunteer will be supported by a collaborative leadership team committed to making this engagement successful. ImpactKits has an established website, organizational resources, outreach materials, and a growing library of internal documentation that will be provided at the start of the project.

Regular check-ins, timely feedback, and direct access to leadership will ensure the volunteer has the resources, information, and support needed to complete the project successfully.

Organization Mission

The ImpactKits Project is a youth-led nonprofit initiative that mobilizes students, businesses, schools, faith communities, and local organizations to collect essential supplies, assemble care kits, and support individuals and families experiencing hardship throughout Orange County. Through community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and donation drives, ImpactKits creates accessible opportunities for people to give back while strengthening local support networks. By connecting donors, volunteers, and community partners, the organization helps ensure essential resources reach those who need them most with dignity and care.
