Legacy Lane Collective is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop a comprehensive Corporate & Community Partnership Strategy that will strengthen our long-term community engagement and organizational sustainability.

We are looking for a strategic roadmap that identifies and prioritizes opportunities to build meaningful partnerships with businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, civic groups, and community stakeholders that align with our mission of serving seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.

The volunteer will assess our current partnership approach and provide recommendations for identifying prospective partners, cultivating relationships, communicating our value proposition, and creating a sustainable partnership development process. We are also seeking guidance on partnership tiers, outreach strategies, stewardship practices, and methods for measuring partnership success.

The primary deliverable will be a written Corporate & Community Partnership Strategy that includes prioritized recommendations, an implementation roadmap, sample outreach approaches, and actionable next steps that our Board of Directors and leadership team can implement over the next 24–36 months.
Legacy Lane Collective believes that meaningful partnerships are essential to creating lasting community impact. By strengthening relationships with corporations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and civic leaders, we can expand access to resources, volunteers, funding opportunities, and collaborative programming for seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.

This strategy will provide a sustainable framework for building partnerships that extend our reach, strengthen community trust, and increase our organizational capacity. The volunteer’s expertise will help us create a structured approach to community engagement that enables us to serve more individuals, develop stronger collaborative relationships, and build a lasting network of support throughout Northeast Arkansas. Ultimately, this work will help ensure that every legacy deserves care.
Legacy Lane Collective has established a strong organizational foundation and is committed to strengthening its community partnerships as part of its long-term growth strategy. We have an engaged Board of Directors, growing relationships with local organizations, and successful collaborations that have supported community initiatives, volunteer engagement, and program delivery.

We will provide the volunteer with our strategic plan, organizational materials, current partnership information, community engagement efforts, and program priorities. Our Executive Director will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinate stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely communication throughout the engagement.

Upon completion, the Corporate & Community Partnership Strategy will be reviewed by our Board of Directors and incorporated into our organizational development and community engagement efforts. The recommendations will guide how we build, strengthen, and sustain strategic partnerships throughout Northeast Arkansas and support future regional expansion.
