Strategic Planning Dashboard and KPIs

Creshendo is an early-stage, global nonprofit working with migrant and refugee communities across storytelling, integration, research, and economic mobility.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced strategy or operations professional to help strengthen how we plan, measure, and communicate organizational performance.

We have already built the foundation of an organizational dashboard in Google Sheets. We are now looking for someone who can help us refine and simplify the system so it becomes a practical management tool rather than simply a reporting tool.

Over a 6–8 week engagement, the volunteer will help us:
* Review and refine our existing strategic planning dashboard
* Simplify our organizational KPIs and success measures
* Design an efficient process for teams to submit quarterly data and updates
* Recommend ways to track organizational priorities, milestones, and outcomes
* Improve how strategic information is presented for both internal decision making and Board reporting
* Develop practical templates or workflows that support quarterly planning and accountability
* Recommend approaches that allow the system to grow alongside the organization

The goal is to build a strategic management system that helps leadership focus on what matters most while keeping reporting simple, consistent, and actionable.

Ideal Volunteer Profile
We would especially welcome someone with experience in:
* Startup or nonprofit strategy
* Management consulting
* Operations or program management
* Organizational performance and KPI development
* PMO or strategic planning
* Google Sheets or dashboard design

Experience helping early-stage organizations build scalable operating systems is highly preferred.

You will work directly with our Executive Director and Volunteer Chief Operating Officer.

* Fast feedback and collaborative decision making throughout the project
