About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a volunteer to design a one-pager about bodily autonomy and human rights. We need this one-pager (front and back) to be eye-catching and to organize the content in an aesthetically pleasing way, while respecting the sensitivity of the information that is on the one-pager.

This resource was co-created by a group of organizations and individuals, so the design will need to consider the colors/branding of the various organizations, and all logos will be included on the bottom.

Our ideal volunteer will be:
-passionate about human rights
-comfortable working on a resource that addresses issues such as gender-based violence, LGBTQ+ rights, intersex rights, and other issues relating to bodily autonomy
-ability to balance the sensitivity of the subject matter with design requirements
-able to combine the branding colors/guidelines from multiple partnering organizations into one cohesive design

This resource is being created in partnership with multiple organizations that work nationally in the U.S. and internationally. The resource will be used to educate movement builders, policymakers, advocates, and others and will likely reach people all over the world. This resource is educational and came out of bringing multiple movements together, emphasizing the power of movement building. We are personally very excited about this resource and the potential impact that can come with it, and invite you to join us if this sounds exciting to you as well!

We have a dedicated team member for the project who will provide you with copy for the one-pager, as well as co-creator logos, colors, etc. We will be able to meet with you to answer any questions, provide any additional information needed, and provide design feedback.
