About the Opportunity

We are seeking a marketing expert to assist in creating a marketing plan for our upcoming fundraiser - The Breakfast of Champions on November 14, 2026 that will: 1) increase registration for attendees and volunteers and 2) increase awareness and 3) acheive fundraising goal. This fundraiser supports the cost to cover the event expenses and raising $10,000 for respite care scholarships. The deliverable will be a fully defined, written marketing strategy for the even that our team can use to execute or inform future Projects.

A successful event will allow us to raise funds to cover the cost of professional caregivers to assist family caregivers in receiving a break as they care for their family members and/or friends, often 24/7. One of the scholarships are specific to youth caregivers, this also has the option to pay for the cost of professional certification, testing prep courses, or college courses.

The event has been planned with registration currently open to sponsors and attendees. We are seeking to meet our goal of 100 attendees for the program and an additional 200 to join for the complimentary Dementia Documentary Screening, in addition to financial goals of fundraising. Registration is open @ www.callforcaring.org
