Configure the Google Admin console and security settings, migrate targeted emails from an existing mailbox/folder into the appropriate accounts, and organize Google Drive with a clear folder structure and access permissions. Specific folders, accounts, and migration rules will be provided to volunteers.

A secure, well-organized Workspace will protect donor and volunteer communications, simplify access to fundraising materials, and make collaboration on youth sports and education programs more efficient. Volunteers’ work will directly support our fundraising and program delivery.

Our organization already has Google Workspace and has created replacement email accounts. We will provide admin access, a list of affected mail folders and Drive content, and a primary contact to work with volunteers. Exact migration rules and permission decisions can be defined during the kickoff.
